Recent Events - FNF & Edge Carwash

The Youth Groups FNF & Edge held a car wash to raise money to pay for their accommodation while they were away at the Chellington Centre in the Summer

First you've got to fill some buckets. Judith takes charge of the hosepipe.

Then make a start on cleaning the windows. Never mind your scarf. It's going to get wet anyway.

Next the bonnet and bodywork.

And finally time to valet in interior. Hey! Mind what you're doing with that bucket. That's my car.

Meanwhile inside there was coffee, cakes and biscuits for the customers.

Time to sit at the tables while the car is cleaned outside.

There was a play area to keep the children amused.

Look out! Here come the workers for a break.

After the work there's time for a bit of fun with water. Sharon stands well clear.

The end results was a lot of dirty cloths and sponges, clean cars and (hopefully) satisfied customers.
