At the beginning of Advent we hold a Toy and Gift Service and lit the first Advent Candle. |
The gifts we brought were for children in families being helped by Spurgeons Child Care and for the elderly residents of Gainsford House. |

In the following morning's service Sharon led the way. We had to choose between peace, justice, Christ, freedom and good news. |

On the Tuesday we set out in the bitter cold to sing carols for our friends around the neighbourhood. Followed by very welcome coffee and mince pies at the home of one of our members. |

On the Sunday before Christmas we held our usual carol service. Here are the choir singing their hearts out. |
