Bright Sparks enables our children and young people to learn about God and Jesus at their own level. The children usually leave for their own meeting after the first 20 minutes or so of the morning service.
"Wizz Kids", a group for 7 to 11 year-olds, meets on Mondays from 6:15 to 7:45 pm.
For the 11 to 14s, a club meets every Friday from 7:30 to 9 pm. Activities include table tennis, badminton, crafts, and a non-alcoholic bar. They've chosen the letters "FNF" for their group, which can stand for anything from Friday Night Fever to Fun 'N Frolics!"
"Edge", a club for those aged 15 to 18, meets from 8:30 to 10 p.m. on Fridays. Activities include pool, darts, PlayStation, TV and DVD player, listening to music, group discussions, chilling out on bean bags and chatting.
All of the above groups meet in term-time only.
