Car Wash Youth Groups Car Wash

June 2008: The Youths Groups, FNF & Edge held a car wash to help pay for their accommodation on a weekend away at the Chellington Centre in the Summer. Pictures


Opening ceremony Pre-School Anniversary and Official Opening of Outdoor Play Area

April 2008: The Tilehouse Street Pre-School celebrated its 40th anniversary with a gathering for all who had been involved over the years up to the present. The occasion was also used to perform an official opening of the new outdoor play area by the MP for Hitchin, Rt Hon Peter Lilley.Pictures

March 2008: Churches Together in Hitchin organise a Walk of Witness each Good Friday. As usual Tilehouse Street took part. Pictures


Crack an Egg Crack an Egg (for Easter)!

March 2008: We have held a very successful half day for families with young children for the past few years. There are activities and the Easter story is told in words, song and with puppets. Pictures


Anniversary cake Café in the Sanctuary and Church Anniversary

March 2008: The second weekend in March was a busy one at Tilehouse Street. We had the Café in the Sanctuary on Friday and celebrated the Church's 339th Anniversary on the Sunday. Pictures

Crack a Craft Crack a Craft

July and October 2007: Building on the cracking success of our Christmas and easter events, this year we held two half-day sessions called 'Crack a Craft'. Lots of things to make and do, songs, a story and biscuits too! Pictures
